I still can't view "member" pages here!

 I still can't view "member" pages here! I use safari but I also tried google chrome for my browser. I am listed as member, but can't view member pages. Can an Admin/ Moderator please help??
I have screenshots showing I am a "member" (haha) and also screenshots that say" You dot not have required permission to read topics within this forum"
