Another new guy

Hey everyone, found this site from classicbroncos.com. I'm over in the southwest corner of the state, about 2 hours south of Grand Junction. I work in Telluride, amongst all the Libs and hippies, but also live in some of the best 'wheelin country in the world!

I don't have any current pics of my EB (my 'puter crashed), but here's one on photobucket:

Here's another of a streetrod I'm currently working on:

As you can see, I love Fords, although the EB is my favorite, I've got a 76 highboy, a 66 galaxie 500, a 2006 F150 daily driver, and an 86 Bronco, besides a junkyard full of other stuff/projects just waiting for time and funds. Glad to be here, looking forward to getting to know some of you!

Welcome! I love that color red on Broncos. It's been a tossup for me choosing paint....Metallic Blue or a similar red.

Hi There Mustangtoby - great to have you join the forum. This club is just a few weeks old and just as I expected, there are a lot of great EB's in Colorado. That is a great looking Bronco and Truck. Welcome to the club and look forward to meeting up sometime.

Chad.

Yep the site seems to be growing fast! On a thread on classic bronco, somone asked how rare EB's are in everyones respective areas, and seem to be pretty rare. Not in Colorado, we got them all over the place, so it makes sense to have such a cool site. I've personally got a couple of buddies w/ EB's that don't get into forums or computers, so chances of seeing them on a forum is pretty slim. I will say I was never into any forums until classicbroncos.com, and have since become active in about 5 others.

Colorado does have a lot of Broncos. A guy who bought a roll bar from me stated there were 40+ Broncos on the lot when he bought his first EB in 1972. That would have been cool to see. Said he could pick any color.

ClassicBroncos is my first forum and this is my second. CB is an amazing resource. Your friends that are not into forums should still come to the events. We will be working on a calendar for the rest of this year and 2011. You can let them know when and where - the more the merrier. There are a lot of great ideas for events next year for our Colorado club plus all of the larger events in surrounding states.

Going to be a fun group!

Once again, very glad to be here. I've been thinking of taking my digital camara to work and snapping a few pics of all the Broncos I see locally, I could post them up and let everyone see what I've got around me here. Give me a couple of weeks to get it all together and I'll see what I can do (no promises, I've been known to talk out of the wrong end somtimes!).

I want to get Business Cards with our Club Information for members to put under the windshield wiper on Classic Bronco we see around town. I know there are a lot of trucks in Colorado and it is hard to find our site unless you are specifically looking for it.

I like this idea...I'm always seeing EB's and I'm surprised how many don't even know about CB's.
