Brake Push rod

So I have been working on my brake pushrod...to see what is going on go to this link

Here is the problem though,
So I installed the pushrod last night and the brake lights still do not work (Yes, the switch works, I have double checked that). I believe the problem may be the missing bushing. The problem is, I can't find a bushing for the at any local auto parts stores.

Anyone happen to have a spare bushing for the brake pushrod?
