You don't need to run the spacer if you cut the rear output shaft. Personally, I always cut @1" off the output shaft and avoid the adapter. You can do the same with a C-6.

If you want to add VSS in the future, you can adapt the High Angle Driveline disk style Ebrake setup to a tone ring, but you may have to run a pulse converter to get it into the right range for the EEC.

I'll keep that in mind, and maybe skip using the spacer. I thilnk I shouldn't need a VSS.

I need to look at the stock setup and I am sure that will make better sense. I do plan to put the brake handle on the floor somewhere.
1973 Bronco, 351 SEFI, Locked, discs, 35's ZF-5spd and Atlas 4spd. 235:1 Crawl Ratio. It may be ugly, but it's slow.
