Still fighting the clutch I think issue

I have gone through and tightened all the chassis down. And I'm still having a lurch effect on shifts and sometimes on starts. I changed a lot over the winter but when I parked it last fall it ran really good. I really don't want to rip out the tranny/tcase and find the clutch is fine.

I think the clutch is bad for this reason but I would like some input. When I has my old setup I was running a np435, t shift, 3.54 gears and 37" tires. I think I stressed the flywheel and disc and now with 4.88 gears the worn out whatever is more noticeable?

The shifts are very abrupt like 2nd to 3rd I will shift and add some gas pedal and it lurches hard and then goes.

Anyone wanna come drive it?
