Finally going to rework the rats nest under the dash

Postby ClayJ » Thu Apr 02, 2015 8:39 am

The wiring under my dash has always been embarassing. It's a huge rats nest and I'm always afraid that something was going to catch fire.

I don't have the time, money, or patience to gut the thing and and install a whole wire harness, but I can put in a nice sub panel. I've used these fuse blocks on several other projects in the past, mostly motorcycles.

It has a built in relay, 6 circuits, and you can make any of the 6 be switched of constant hot just by where you plug in the fuse.

Those are pretty sweet. Might have to look into 1 or 2.
