I'm leaning towards a certain kit from WH but haven't made my mind up 100%. Cyber Monday is just after Black Friday right?

One of the shockers to me was the $312 shipping charges from WH. Phil has offered to pick it up for me if I buy from them and drop it off when he comes back.

USPS isn't fond of heaving leaf springs around.

If you decide to piece it together there are tons of options to avoid shipping the heavy items..

You could have the rear leafs made my Alcan in grand junction.. they will custom make you any springs you want. Allot of the fullsize bronco guys gets rear leafs from them, best of all no shipping. Not sure on pricing but maybe worth a look.

The shocks can be had locally, if you want to get Bilsteins I have found High Country has pretty good prices believe it or not.. but 4 wheel parts might also be worth a look..

U bolts can be made locally - denver spring on brighton blvd

7 degree bushings and other stuff ordered - shipping shouldnt' be bad or broncohut might have what you want for a bit less.

Hardware might be tougher, spring plates, coils, drop brackets.. have to order those up but they are smaller.

Just some ideas :)

I've got the 3.5 WH with heavy duty U bolts. I thought it was going to be a smoother ride so I'm also considering some bilsteins too (mass buy???). I can't tell you the exact reasoning for the front coil sag on some people's Bronco's, but mine doesn't. (It probably has nothing to do with the fact that I exercise and eat healthy).

As for my cost...I shopped around and gave vendors opportunities to meet/beat prices. I think I saved $100-$200.

BTW- Ive got awesome Rancho's for sale. It'll contribute to the "Bilstein Fund for Big Kids"

You dont have a lot of extra weight on the front. Mine with the winch/bumper and 351 is a bit heavier.
