BC Broncos 2-1 exhaust

Anyone else running this set up? Mine came installed on T.O. Discovered during my oil change today that the DS pipe blocks the oil drain plug from being removed completely. Has anyone else run in to this issue?

Any pics, I am running them on both broncos, with no issues... On mine there was some extra fab work though, because I had to add the cats.

The turd has plenty of clearance to the plug, although it's not totally complete yet...hence the need for the manifolds... No time to fab anything at the moment

I'll snap some tomorrow.

Here's a shot from when the C4 was going in.

Notice the custom bend above the front diff. I put new front coils on and that seems to have cleared up that problem.

I didn't have any issues either. I did have to custom fit mine a little also as I got the kit for the exhaust manifolds and fitted it the bronco but shortys.

I don't think there would be an issue with my brother in law's 2 in 1 but I have never changed the oil on it with the exhaust. He only has driven it 12000 miles on that oil though. Very frustrating when someone that knows nothing about vehicles drives one of the best ones out there every day.

Well mine drain out the bottom of the pan, not where yours is....

That helps a lot...doesn't it

When I changed my oil I think at first the oil came out and would hit my pipe but after about 10 sec it stopped. Kind of a pain when the pipe is hot, just need to make sure
Mine is cool. But it is far enough away to get the drain plug out.

On the other note. Just lift it higher so it won't hit :-)
