Is this diff limited slip?

Postby colby45 » Mon Apr 04, 2016 2:28 pm

I just pulled the cover off my front diff to change the fluid. I believe it is open. I just wanted someone to confirm. Sorry about the poor picture quality. I dropped my phone and now it takes blurry pictures.

Hard to tell, but looks like an open diff.

Yeah I think that may be the case. It's so hard to tell.

Agreed. The differential case is more robust with the limited slip.
1973 Bronco, 351 SEFI, Locked, discs, 35's ZF-5spd and Atlas 4spd. 235:1 Crawl Ratio. It may be ugly, but it's slow.
