66 Bronco - Not mine

Looks like a nice starter rig for a reasonable price. Not sure why this isn't listed for a bajillion dollars like any other decent starter. Suuuper tempting.

I think that one has been listed a few times.

Seems there are/were a couple of red early early Broncos for sale in that area, and they stayed listed for a very long time.
Odd that there have been rusted resto needed ones listed for way more and that has not sold.

I went and looked at that one before buying mine. Sure doesn't look like that in person...

And that is probably why it is still for sale.

With the high UV levels in Colorado that should be Repaint It Soon Red!

Red pigment fades fastest.

Care to elaborate?
1973 Bronco, 351 SEFI, Locked, discs, 35's ZF-5spd and Atlas 4spd. 235:1 Crawl Ratio. It may be ugly, but it's slow.

Sure, it's been three or four months since I saw it but from what I remember - The engine (If I remember correctly it was a 170) sounded good. The body had huge amounts of bondo falling out, dents, rust all around, etc. The owner is honest about that but it is going to need some serious body work. All the rubber was bad (door, windshield, hard top, etc) , all interior needed to be replaced, wipers didn't work correctly, etc etc

All things that are not a big deal for a project. That's just a high starting price for a truck that will need almost everything... IMHO.

Yeah, and the pictures are quite misleading! Thanks!
