Overall condition isn't critical unless is has 4.10-4.11 gears with a locker or limited slip and 31 spline axles, if not I'll just gut it. I would also consider just the housing if you have one of those laying around. I won't be home until sometime in March, but I would pay in advance for it and could likely get it out of your way if that is an issue.
