Transfer case shift lever cover for the floor

Does anyone have a transfer case lever hard cover that goes over the T handle lever on the floor? I replaced mine in the early 1980's but it is now broken. I know that many people have replaced the 3- on the tree so now both their levers are on the floor. I'm hoping there is one lying around. Seems like the parts places only have the rubber boots now.
