 99-01 Explorer fuel sending unit If any of you part out an Explorer or Mountaineer from 1999-2001, I'd love to snag the fuel sending unit out of it.

Re: 99-01 Explorer fuel sending unit '98 work for you? I will have a Mountaineer parting out once I get everything I need pulled. It'll be a little while though since I don't even have the old drive train pulled. Don't have as much time as I would like to get moving on it seriously.

Re: 99-01 Explorer fuel sending unit I don't _think_ so. I'm shooting to go with a returnless, single fuel line system, and I think 98 was the last year that had a return line. Does the fuel rail have a single line, or is there a return line? Also not sure if Ford made the cut right when the 1999 model year started, or if there was a transition period. If it's the right one I'm happy to pay your choice of $$, beer, wrenching time or Bronco karma and get down to Pueblo on a semi-regular basis.
