They gave me ample time ....so we reshot the whole exterior, plus with a couple of changes....the whole thing needed shot

Started the ZF swap on TFB, yanked the auto setup out yesterday and started prepping the Bronco for the 3rd pedal. Found a couple of needed bits at the JY today, bolted the ZF adapter onto the D20 and unwrapped the rebuilt ZF. Time to sort out the ill fitting exhaust & fix that leaking oil pan gasket! New parts are so shiny.

How do you start an engine w/out a trans bolted up so you can chase down the oil leak coming from the back of the motor? Well, you dig out an old bell housing that you just canΓÇÖt throw away and bolt up the flex plate and starter and turn the key. Happy to report it isnΓÇÖt the rear main seal, it was just the oil pan gasket failing again

LOL - that falls under the "You never know when you might need it" category. And so it perpetuates!

Back on the road today for a quick around the block run. The clutch master barely slipped in between the all other junk bolted to the firewall and inner fender. WeΓÇÖve temporarily mounted the original shifter to the trans with a small adapter plate, he has plans for something better.
We have a few items to tidy up; clearance the x-member for the front driveshaft, swap hubs over to Warn, improve the new sheet metal for the trans tunnel, install the new twin sticks, etc.
Willem is one step closer to having the Bronco that he always wanted. Welcome to the 3 pedal world my boy!

Re: TFB SITREP
WillemΓÇÖs stock Explorer PS pump was starting to fail & I never really like the Explorer reservoir either.
Upgraded to the Viper built PS pump & PSC res w/ 12AN sized supply line, because Justin canΓÇÖt be the only guy with a big hose, ha!

Yes please, IΓÇÖll need to look at it closely as WillemΓÇÖs fiberglass hood has a large support that occupies the space for the factory location.
