Northern breakfast location

Good morning all,

It looks like we need to find a new breakfast spot for the Northern months. As of January 12th the Pepper Pod will be closing it's doors and the Red Rooster in Longmont is also permanently closed.

I think the Hudson,Brighton, Keensburg area is a good spot as it's easy access from the Metro area, as well as Greeley and for us ton the Eastern plains.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where might be a good place?
