Facebook

Post by TheMotherofThree »

As a wife and supporter of my husbands obsessions (and this is not a negative thing) I am thrilled that there is a Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Colorado- ... 6898806935 where we can reach out to new and existing members thru an alternative social media. However, it would appear I am the only user of the site currently. Is this still something the club is wishing to pursue or are we going to allow the site to disappear into the background. It would be a great additional source for posting meeting and trip reports as well as a recruiting tool. I don't know who is in charge, but feel free to contact me and maybe I can help with some of the month to month updates.

I see that 25 people have liked the page. I don't use Facebook too often, and at the risk of sounding old am having a bit of trouble locating a link to "join" the group. shrug

I was wondering if there was a group page on Facebook. I like that source of media to keep in touch with family and friends. I will have to find it and get it in my "Like" pile.

Do like I do and have your browser start with a bunch of tabs so you can just click along the tabs and see whats going on.

Wow you might win the Forums race with that. lol. my phone battery barely lasts half a day now, i would be in so much trouble if i had that many forums to search.
