Free grill with utensils and starter

Post by akaFrankCastle »

In the process of moving. No place to store this beast and I haven't used it much of late anyhow. Dibs goes to the first to PM me. Everything pictured included minus the lawn and deck support. Bag of charcoal included.

If you cannot pick it up by tomorrow evening, let it go to someone else.

We didn't. Yet. We're going in to an apartment on a 6 month lease while we continue to look/while I am potentially put of town.

Falcon Estates is where we are very much hoping to find a place. .50 + acre lots. A detached shop on nearly every plot. Still close to town for Frau Castle. Close to good schools for Kinder Castle. Looked at an "as is" foreclosure up there the other day. 2400 sq ft house with a shop that could have held 4+ long bed duallies in it. More if you stacked them. WAY too much work for what they were asking though. So the hunt continues.

I see. Is that an 80920 area code? Just not familiar with where that is, but google seems to think that's the zip. Either way, hope you find something.

I have that same charcoal smoker - we love it. I traded an old pick up bed camper for it about 10 yrs ago. We Smoke turkeys 2-3 times a year. Always smoke an extra 1 or two because there is never any leftover from the first for sandwiches. The grill will hold two 12-15 lb turkeys easily. Even when Thanksgiving is not at our house, we bring the birds.

Pork loins are splendid
as are ribs
and salmon
and chicken

Smoking meat is easy but still an art form that you have to practice to get really good at.

Justin - if you do end up with it, you will always be glad you did.

If that is anywhere near the intersection of Woodmen and I-25, behind the Home Depot and REI, then yes.

We've got some time so we're lucky in that sense. Surprisingly, the market is a bit dry here for homes with things we're looking for. Our agent told us our house went so quick because the west side in particular just doesn't have that much inventory. I find that a bit odd seeing as our next door neighbors have been on the market for at least a year, priced 20k less than us, and with at least 500 more sq ft. I think we just priced it a bit low, but I'm still happy because it wasn't a forever ordeal.

And as to the grill, I'd planned on smoking a ton of salmon after my last trip to Alaska. However, the run was so horrible that year (2010, I think) I didn't even bother getting my permit.

Last I saw it some miscreant was giggling as he was driving north with the grill shoved in the back of his minivan.

So, yes. Justin does have it now.
