Rear leaf spring hangers/radius arm mounts

Missing that critical piece to your build or resto?

Rear leaf spring hangers/radius arm mounts

Postby akaFrankCastle » Wed Apr 03, 2013 10:38 pm

Looking for rear leaf spring hangers for both sides of the Bronco frame, front and rear pieces. So, if you have a beat up frame that might be going to scrap, lemme know.

Also looking for both DS and PS radius arm mounts, the pieces that connect to the frame and hold the threaded portion of the radius arm.

Is this for the crawler? Weld those mounts up as high as you can now. You'll be happy you did. 2" seems about right, then you can put those BC spring rockers on to maintain the same amount of lift.

As a backup, Clint may be able to make a weld-together kit that would be stronger than stock.

Zach- Come on up, bring your torch or pick up the back 1/3 of the frame used for Wilma's stretch. Has the hangers on it.

Let me know when.

Awesome. Thanks. I've got about a 10 day window to get X rolling before I go hands off for a bit. I'll see about getting north ASAP to pick up those parts. Thanks

If you come up Saturday - let me know. It is in the back yard behind the gate next to the garage. (Along with about 3 tons of other stuff I need to put away).

Let me know so I can let the Mrs know there will be someone going through my parts heap.

I will be traveling to northern WY after an engine I hope.

Unfortunately/fortunately we are looking at four different houses on Saturday. And the wife is working Sunday. So my weekend will be Bronco free.
