I don't need the latch.

I also have one that I decided not to use. It was just recently sanded down and painted white-- also have brand new never used chrome plate, brand new backing plates.
69 Wagon, 351W, Explorer EFI & Serpentine, ZF5, 35" tires, 3.5 SL, 2 BL, WARN 8274

I have one too. complete includes all inner brackets & supports for swing arm and tailgate latch.
