I posted this over on ACB but thought I'd show it here as well.
I had a couple pan girdles made for my C4 transmission pans in my 74 and 66 Broncos. I have been trying for a while to stop the leaks in the rear corners of the pans on both of them with only limited success. I had them made in two pieces so that they could be installed without removing the pan or the dipstick / fill tube. They were cut with a water jet and came out better than I expected. I was impressed with how clean the cuts are compared to being cut with a plasma cutter. I'll get them installed this week to see how well they work but I'm confident they will work great. If anyone is interested in getting one, I can have more cut. The only catch is that I have to have at least two made at a time. I'll post some more photos once installed.
