Turn signal indicators are separate from the rest of the dash lights, they're powered from the turn signals either the front or rear signal circuit, I can't remember which one, and the dome light is not on the same circuit either, mine just popped the cluster lights fuse a few days ago causing the exact issue you're describing, should be a 2 amp fuse in the shortest length glass fuse you can get, mine popped due to a short that I repaired. So chances are it's a fuse, I'd recommend you check them first, if your unsure looking at them, an fast and sure way to check all of the fuses is to check for power on each side of the fuse with a test light, whichever fuse only has power on one side is your faulty fuse, as far as the auto meter lights, they're most likely wired into the same circuit as the cluster
