Anyone have a hydraulic press?
I'm changing the sway bar bushings on my F250 and can't seem to knock out the old bushings. Need to use a hydraulic press to get them out. Can anyone here help me out? Next Saturday is fine, don't want to mess up anybody's Christmas.

I do. Why don't you bring it with you when you come over?

Re: Anyone have a hydraulic press?
They are a major pain in the ass. We did my bro in laws and it wasnt an easy task to press them out. And in the end he still had the clunk in the front.

Re: Anyone have a hydraulic press?
Are they rubber? We could just burn them out if a press doesn't work.

Re: Anyone have a hydraulic press?
So you know superdutys are common for a body mount clunk that can seem like a suspension clunk, it's commonly the mount on the front of the floor below the firewall

Re: Anyone have a hydraulic press?
I can grab the sway bar and make it clunk. It is pretty loose on the drivers side.

Oh I'm not saying your diagnosis is wrong at all, I was just making a statement as I have seen it in the past and it can throw ya for a loop

Re: Anyone have a hydraulic press?
Replaced mine with urethane bushing. Make sure you get them back on TIGHT! I still had the clunk, but I simply didn't tighten the bolts on the frame enough!
