They are all good when they pull you out. As for the hidden winch I would go with a different one. the "i" in the names means integrated. So the relay pack is fixed to the winch. If you find a different one it could allow you to mount the relay box under hood so its less to hide.
One like this is easy to locate the relay pack elsewhere. Just need to extend the wires from the relay to the motor.
