I know it's not an "Official " sighting but it's a cool cousin.

If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have Broncos.

Spotted today in my father in law's pole barn. It's been there for 12 years. I'm tempted to rescue it.

It's a poor, abandoned Bronco. It's pretty much your moral and ethical obligation.

Now that I'm back in town and behind a real keyboard I'll share more.
It's a 68 with a 289, looks to be all original except for a Hurst shifter. It has a survivor worthy story, but sadly is pretty far gone.
It belongs to a long time friend of my FIL. The guy was an OTR trucker for many years and has a main terminal just a few miles away from my FIL's place. So he kept it stored in my FIL's pole barn and would drive it a handful of weekends a year (when he had some downtime at that terminal). Then he would park it again and go back OTR. My understanding is it got parked after it developed a "drive train noise." Then he brought up a BII to take it's place for random weekends off until it died. I did manage to diagnose the BII problem in about 5 minutes while wearing dress attire.
You would think it to be the perfect survivor given the story, but sadly, New York is not kind to vehicles. I didn't get to digging too hard, I was dressed for a wedding and didn't want to be too intrusive. But from a quick glance floor pans are gone (to be expected) as are the rockers. But, what scared me the most was all of the rot in the door posts. It was so buried that I couldn't see much else but I'm sure it's pretty ugly.
The owner is pretty old now and it's likely my FIL will end up with it. He wants to restore it himself if given the opportunity, and he's much better at body work than me. I did express interest in it for when the time comes, but it would have to be pretty cheap for me to haul it back from upstate NY.

There was (maybe still is?) a nice looking uncut that I would see on the other side of the hospital on 15th ST.
Maybe someone that worked/s there?

Followed this nice ride down 470 easy bound to i25 north all the way to University yesterday. Cool rig with colorful Colorado mud flaps and a miner panning for a humid ornament. Had a chrome grill too
