Spare A9L ECU Ford 5.0

Does anyone have a Ford 5.0 HO ECU sitting around I can use to test mine. I would like a A9L but any will work.
I have replaced everything in the ignition circuit and it still throws a Spout Short Circuit error code.
and won't run with the spout in.

I've got a spare A9something you can use, where are you located?
