Rox Crusher wrote:We are working today, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We generally start between 8 and 9 and wrap it up around dinner time.

Today will be kind of a thrash as we need to finish installation of ARB in the rear, install exhaust, and install twin sticks and fool around with transfer case mount.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be mostly dedicated to body work and getting it primered.

Stop by any time. I really appreciate knowing who is coming and when so we don't mistakenly run off on errands with the joint all locked up.

Thanks to everyone who has already helped this week and looking forward to seeing others over the next few days.

I was going to head down around 10am on Friday. Jeff shoot me your address.

Are the weekend hours of operation still on the 9 to 5 plan? I'm thinking I can get down to help out on Saturday.

If I leave before anyone else gets up, I won't get a list of things that need to done before I go.

Things are being removed, installed, upgraded and readied for paint. D30 is long gone. D44 is in place. Steering linkage is done. Rear Detroit locker is out and ARB and 4.88 gears are in. "Cell phone" security drawer is installed. 17" budget wheels with excessive backspace are fitting and clearing the rear quarters. Body panels are almost ready for primer. Thanks to all the folks that came out to help in the last couple days.

More good stuff happened today. BH exhaust system took 4 or 5 hours to install while Gunni straightened out the body panels then shot primer. Exhaust actually fits pretty well but is a little tight in spots due to the 351W and 4R70W. Much better quality, fit and sound than the BC exhaust system.

Gary, if you're planning to come out could you bring your tuning kit? It seems to run rich. No codes though.

I thought these were the mounts on that reservoir:

The reservoir has a nice OEM bracket that is hard to see.

It bolts up to the firewall nicely and then the reservoir drops into some slots on the mount with some rubber isolators.

Whats this off of? I like the dual returns on it vs the t in the single return.

Got the wheel centers opened up to fit on the front hubs. No interference problems with the brake line or steering linkage. Radius arms are going to rub on sharp turns though.

Do the fittings put much pressure on the plastic tubes of the reservoir?
