ford 15" x 7" 5" on 5.5" aluminum wheels

Post by Rox Crusher »

I'm no aficionado on precisely what these are or what year they originally came on but I understand they were an available option on Ford pick-ups.

These were on my 1977 F150. They might look good if you polish them up.

As you can see they have some pretty worn out 33"x9.5" BF Goodrich A/T tires. I wouldn't trust these tires for on road reliability as they show some signs of cracks from sun exposure.

I will give preference to who ever can come get them the quickest as I don't want any more of my precious little ass being in hot water for having so much stuff laying around.

150 cash makes this set of 4 wheels / tires yours.

Define soon -

I will be heading down to Farmington Memorial Day weekend. I was not planning to take the truck but I suppose I could if this helps you.

If you're driving down 550 you go right past my place. I'm about a mile south of a spot in the road called Cedar Hill.

That may work Gunni. The folks live in Austin & my better half has yet to see Gunnison. Lemme see what i can put together & hopefully Rox still has them. icon biggin

Of course I will be driving down 550. My parents are both from Farmington, so I have lots of family there. I am down there at least 1-2 times a year.

Wow! The world gets smaller everyday. Some people think it's faster to go to Bernallilo and come up 550 shrug I have no idea why. I'm exactly 25 minutes to the mall in Farmington, Downtown Durango, and Sky Ute Casino in Ignacio! Maybe when you're down you can see my money pit! icon biggin

Nope - Weather permitting we travel 285-110-550 every time. My grandparents house is on the river right below the mall. I can tell you this: Farmington has CHANGED the last 15 years!

There is a large part of our plan that has us living in the Bayfield area when we retire. Of course that assumes we can ever retire..... And I would love to stop by and see your rig on the way or returning from depending on how early/late we are able to head out and hit the road.

I've only been here about 12 years, Pagosa Springs prior to that, Durango before that & grew up in Ridgway. It has all changed immensely. Farmington got a Texas Roadhouse, A new brewery, new italian place & a bunch of fast food places here in the last year. Just wish the oilfield would pick back up. We're looking for a bigger place over by Ignacio, out toward the lake, that we can raise more hay on. Just not a lot of available farm ground here.

Just give me a heads up when you're head this way. The shop has lights. icon biggin

Saw them when I got home last night. Will be perfect for Wilma (had the same wheels once before but they somehow managed to migrate west to Cali.... not sure how that happens...)
