Big thanks to Phil for helping me with this project !

Yesterday I finished installing my ARB twin compressor system.

We relocated it from underneath the truck to the under-side of the rear seat. We made some brackets and welded them to seat frame and mounted the compressor to the bracket.

We also mounted a big ass air tank where the auxiliary fuel tank normally resides. 10" diameter by 30" long.

Unfortunately, after all that work, I found out that one of the compressors isn't working so I have to remove it for repair / replacelement.

We need pics!! I would like to add a supply of air to my system, but I run the York. In hindsight I would have made an effort to make my rock sliders air tight! I love dual purposing!

I want a set of these! Anyone know of a set of 87-93 Mustang seats let me know. I can send you Paypal if you pick them up for me.

Found a clean set on eBay for $400 shipped. ThatΓÇÖs a good price according to Rox Crusher. Thinking about a parchment vinyl and cloth re-upholster with seat heaters because theyΓÇÖre for the 76ΓÇÖ.

$400 seems to be the going rate for those seats, a local mustang shop had a set a while back and that was the price.

I will get pics posted when I return from work Trip. Meanwhile, ARB tech support said it is likely a sheared crankcase bolt or bad thermal sensor. Gotta tear it apart and poke around.

Still collecting parts for my 60-9 build and install. 3 link components procured during Columbus day sales. The single rod end is a 3/4"x3/4" for comparison.

Since I'm using Dana 60 knuckles they will. Just barely so IF something breaks it'll be fun to pull apart.

Those are indeed some additional "beef" over the D/44. are you doing your own build thread process on them?

Sure! I'm planning on building it next month and installing it with a new 3 link and coilovers in January. I'll post a new thread when I get there.

More goodies for my Bronco today. Wheels! I also picked up some new knuckles that are machined for high steer arms and includes a high steer arm. Coming up soon is a hi9 3rd for the front. Project is a little delayed but I've also got a fabricated housing for the rear and strange nodular 3rd for it. 35 spline shafts will be on the way for it soon, too. Going to have spider 9s front and rear, all 35 spline. I can't wait!

That rim is crazy, whatΓÇÖs the engineering behind the design of the bead lock?

The segments just allow you to replace any segments that get damaged. Realistically the tire seals on the inside on the bead rather than the outside of the bead like a traditional, non beadlock wheel. I think they mostly did the segments to stand out from the rest.

Enough wheeling and all those segments will be rashed. But I also think this comes down to manufacturing. To make a ring, you have to have a nice big piece which ends up with a lot of waste. This way, you don't!

I think you you should anodize two red, two white, & two blue...

Awesome upgrades!! I am so tempted to do hydroboost, but for now, it's a luxury and there are things before it.

Today I relocated my power steering reservoir from the firewall to the power steering pump bracket.

The pump was starving for fluid under certain conditions, especially if the Bronco was nose up.

I still want to get it up a bit higher to improve the return flow from the reservoir to the pump but it is already working better then previous arrangement.

That's a great idea. I ended up putting an extension plate on my inner fender and mounting my res on that. I'll have to look again, but I don't think I can do what you did as I believe my York resides there. Although...there are 4 threaded holes in the york...
