Rare Front Fender Badge I.D.

I think I remember seeing a thread about this over at classic broncos.com?

Does anyone know off the top of their head what it is? What it means? Or what it means as to the rarity of the Bronco itself?

Maybe I was thinking that EB's had a version of the High Country Special?

Got a closer picture? There was a Sportsman Special but the shape of the badge was different.
