Looking to see if someone had any of these laying around before I order. I have the screw, just the little plastic clip broke out. Pic attached of the little guy IΓÇÖm looking for.
The replacements that you get from the vendors are junk, the plastic is too hard and breaks if you look at it wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to the automotive hardware section of LoweΓÇÖs and get a suitable replacement. Maybe NAPA has something thatΓÇÖll work as well.
I ordered 4 from Tom's Bronco parts a year ago and didn't have any problems. Took some force to get them snapped in, but have been solid since. My bronco does live inside so the elements don't affect those types of parts much. I can't compare to what Kinder is speaking of, but sometimes local is better!

Fair enough, the sets IΓÇÖve purchased were from WH, I donΓÇÖt know if they source their parts from the same supplier as TomΓÇÖs. Of the 3 sets 1/2 broke during installation, of course I may have been too rough.

I recall being shocked at how much force is required to install, but I didn't break anything. I think I used the blunt end of some square nose pliers to push them in.

The ones I ordered from Tom's worked great. I didn't break any, but they did require some force to put in.

TomΓÇÖs was who I was going to go through if I needed to order some, may as well get enough to replace all if I ever need to. IΓÇÖd love to find them local, but I donΓÇÖt think IΓÇÖm going to invest the time store hopping too much.
