Re-fitted / tightened up the fuel tank which was knocked loose by rocks during last wheeling trip.
Got a pretty heavy leak from pinion seal on rear end so gonna have to tackle that real soon

Check the crush sleeve if you still have one. Any pinion movement will eat seals.

I should have done the crush sleeve before going to Baja but crossed my fingers instead...........

Well Im only speaking from (bad) experience of squishing the crush sleeve so bad I had to pull the rear driveshaft and tow the camper 150 miles home on the front axle.
I will only build 9's with crush sleeve eliminators from now on.

Technically you're more fuel efficient than a stock Bronco...

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
been doing a lot lately. Had the engine out and tore down to find the issue with cylinder #3 low compression. Re assembled and installed. Swapped out my old duff headers for new ones to clear the duff long arms. Started the install of those and am still in the process of cutting the larsbars brackets off the frame. Hope to have that finished sunday so I can start to build my exhaust to clear everything.

Solid work Rob! Hope yo get that beast reliable again!
Me...not nearly as much. Tore down a beadlock and replaced a valve stem that had a slow leak. After KOH and getting reports of my folks' wheeling trips near Lake Havasu, really have the itch to go wheeling again!

Fired it up again today. This go around was to find the low compression in cyl 3 and advance the cam. Put new headers on it and built my own exhaust. Will get the exhaust finished up tomorrow and start in on the wiring.
