Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Couldn't bring myself to pay $10 plus shipping for another one of these brackets. Realized it was just 16ga sheet metal. Happened to have a piece sitting in the scrap pile so I made one.
Front fender is now better attached than it has been in 20 years.

Running against time. Trying to get epoxy sprayed before temps drop. Hoping to get the door and fender off tonight still.

Temps are dropping. Had to get it done. Took a couple hours off of work today to sand the primer. Sprayed base and clear tonight. It's a stinky mess in the garage but paint is done for the season. Now to put the fender on in a few days and take it for a drive!

Got the masking off. Super happy with it. For never having painted a vehicle before this, I'm extremely happy. Huge shout out to Gunni and Strike2 for their advice. I don't think the body would have come out near as nice with out their input.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
I drove it! Might have only been the half mile to the gas station and then to the ice cream store a few doors down but I drove it.
Also found that the rubber fuel line from the tank to the hard line had rotted. Fixed that but not after leaking a bunch on the ground. Oh well, still, I drove it. [emoji1]

Pretty close. Is a yearling calf. She'll be good eating. Bigger than the elk we got last year.
Oh and I shot it with an AR10. My normal 270 is messed up so I only had my ar to hunt with.

It seems your supposed to mount that sucker so it doesnΓÇÖt fill up with water ?
Thanks again EFI Guy !

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
spent the day starting to install the new steering. That required new knuckles/ball joints. then cutting the drop trac bar bracket off. installing new duffs bracket, installing riser on the axle. only thing left is to remove the drop pitman arm and install everything and make all the adjustments.

Installed a new power steering reservoir to overcome flow problems with previous set up.

Thanks again EFI Guy !
Seems like this was only part of the fuel supply problem. I was having intermittent fuel pressure problems which left me stranded on shoulder of the road several times.
Last week it happened again, just wouldnΓÇÖt hold pressure so I replaced the adjustable fuel pressure regulator and all working fine (for now?).

The reservoir is from a side job guy named Jaime in California.
I can provide his contact info to anybody that wants it.
The craftsmanship is very nice and he did a great job with the internal baffling to control flow / minimize aeration from return fluid.
