Carburator Rebuilding

Does anyone in the group rebuild carburetors? Or does anyone know of a good place that they trust to have their carburetor rebuilt?

Hard to tell what kind of a 4bbl it is, but maybe an old carter or ? If itΓÇÖs along those lines toss it, IΓÇÖll donate an old Holley I have to the cause.

Dons Carburetor in Arvada. IΓÇÖve had them rebuild and tune two for me in the last year. I think the owners name is Mike. Good reasonably priced work.

ItΓÇÖs off a parts rig so IΓÇÖd throw a kit at it, you pay for the kit & IΓÇÖll rebuild it. IΓÇÖll get you a pic and model number so you can decide if youΓÇÖd like to pursue it.

The more I think about this pic I think you should verify the timing as best as you can, try retarding it a bit.

LOL!!! This picture was on the 1st startup, months ago when we were pouring gas into the carb because the fuel pump was CaPut!
