GMan, Did you buy a hydro boost kit, or source one up? IΓÇÖm thinking of upgrading mine because it will go, but it wonΓÇÖt stop...
I may hit you up for a couple pointers...

Finally ordered my gears, axles, and rear arb. Now to find time to start the install. Chris I'll have the front 4.10's pulled out for you soon.

So I did this today...
I took the old leaf springs that were on the truck when I bought it and disassembled them. Then I took the old original Bronco Leafs that Kirk gave me that were totally spent (like they all are!) and disassemble them as well.

What I came up with is a 10 pack 3.5ΓÇ¥ Lift that IΓÇÖve been panhandling for!

^ very interesting, youΓÇÖll need to do some measurements once they are on the truck and post up.

Another package has showed up. It is matching gearsets. 5.13's here we come. Today should be the rear arb and 31spline axles.

I removed the exhaust manifolds and exhaust/ muffler
I got the Starter out,
The clutch parts on the engine bay side out,
Then I removed the clutch and brake pedals.

I made the single brake by removing the clutch....reinstalled it, and then I see this on CL!!!

No no...Just showing the difference between the clutch and brake pedal that I converted and the 76 brake pedal made for an automatic that I went and bought. My bronco was screaming for me to do it right and I gave in and bought it!

Literally as soon as I got done making mine, I looked on craigslist and there it was staring in the face, come get me come get me it said!!!

I do believe youΓÇÖll need to provide some feedback on that offset bracket after you get a few miles on it.

Looks good John. Curious to see what you think of the pedal feel. Mine is real soft with nearly zero feedback.

Well, I do like the offset. I still have plenty of room for a compressor and maybe a small tool kit. I had to whittle about an inch off the threaded end of the input rod and cut some new threads for it. Rob (Zoso) forewarned me on that. I also had to trim the end for the brake light switch. It was so tight the brake lights were constantly on. But the one thing I donΓÇÖt like is the open hole where the old master cylinder was. IΓÇÖm on the hunt for a boot or bellows to eventually deal with that. Gotta order that rebuild kit for the booster. Got the kiss of death from ChrisΓÇÖs leaking out the weep hole.

IΓÇÖve come to the conclusion everything leaks.

That is the logic I have adapted as well. When it doesn't leak...then I worry.

IΓÇÖll probably break down and Order the rebuild seal kit, have a few things ahead of it.
