That was a GTX Convertible. It broke my heart to see it get torn apart even thought I laughed all of the way through that movie.
As far as what happened to the deer I would say they put it back in a shed?

That is a classic movie. I watched Grown-ups and could not believe that didn't go straight to DVD. Sandler said it was his answer to the Hang Over.
