Let me know when you're ready and we can get together and I help you out.

Re: Wiper arm question
I just did the wiper arm upgrade last week. It's so nice to have wipers that actually clean the windshield, and clean a large portion of the windshield to boot.
There is a small spring loaded clip on the wiper that holds it on. You have to hold the clip back while wiggling the blade off. Maybe try to spray a bit of penetrant up in if they've been on and idle for a long time.
Here's a couple photos

Well you're both right. I am removing the entire assembly, but was stumped about how to get the wiper arm off. Hard to see that little tab. I got it off.
BUT... now I have stripped nuts, so I think I need to get a dremel saw to get them off. Anyone have one? I would like to avoid having to buy one!

Those nuts are a PITA, I don't think they are made of very tough metal and could probably be pulled off with needle-nose pliers.

a vice grip did the job. Those nuts are definitely soft
