I'm looking at going back to being an Independent Contractor and need a good tax person in the COS area.

I'm looking at establishing an S-Corp and need the full bunch of advice on this and sheltering my income to keep it MINE. 401K, matching funds, biz trips, etc... And I need to write off a bunch of tools in the shop.

This also means I'll have more time/inclination to work on other folks rigs, if any one is interested.

Any suggestions?
