Looking for a place near Franktown
We've decided to make CO our full-time residence again, so we are looking for a place around Franktown. I'm wanting at least 2 acres (but more is better!) with a min 4/4 home. Would prefer that it already has a shop, but if not I need to be able to build one without some big HOA fight. Thought I would post here just in case someone knows someone who is looking to sell. Thanks! Looking forward to being here year round again.

Wish I could help ya, but I hope you find what you're (and what we'd all be) looking for!
1973 Bronco, 351 SEFI, Locked, discs, 35's ZF-5spd and Atlas 4spd. 235:1 Crawl Ratio. It may be ugly, but it's slow.

Thanks -- just received a call about a property that we really liked, but went under contract before we could make an offer. Apparently the contract is on shaky grounds so we are headed down tomorrow to take a look and maybe make a back-up offer. It likes like a perfect fit for us if it works out...
