$5/gallon Rotella T5 or T6 rebate

For some reason Rotella is difficult to find around here right now. Looks like 15w-40 is nearly impossible to find. Had to order 5w-40 for my 7.3 recently from Amazon. Found this along the way, been going on all year, so if you can find your receipts they will rebate up to 20 gallons/$100.
