Re: Lav's 1974
Well have 95 percent of all sheet metal done. But it also starts fishing season. So the bronco comes home and out of my father in laws garage. Now comes suspension and rubber bushings and wiring

Re: Lav's 1974
I am certainly envious of those who get to start from scratch and get things done the right way!

Re: Lav's 1974
So yesterday Jesse was helping me put the body bushings and lift on. All bolts came out easy the rubber bushings came out with a little help of a hammer and pickle fork. She was putting the bushing in right behind the seats and the inner sleeze dropped out she thought it hit the ground picked one off of the floor where I was working long story short why in the he'll did Ford cut a hole in the frame right under the bushing and just big enough for the sleeve to slide right through it. Used the rear carpet hold down and a magnet tapped to it , to pull it out the back of the frame.

So much for having it done by end of summer life happens. Finished spraying the bed liner in. Now just need to finish the dash and it can start going back together

Re: Lav's 1974
Well it's been over a year now and finally finished building the garage started back on the daughter's bronco and with having two weeks off with my daughter Jessica. Cut both the rear tail light housing out and welded in the new. Now starting on the body work hoping to have the body work done soon.
